Koko Deluxe Hot Chocolate

This is the hot chocolate powder we use in our cafe. It is comprised of 50% West African high quality cocoa powder, and 50% white sugar granules. You can stir it into hot water or milk to make a finished beverage, or make a sauce with hot water to use later as a base for beverages. Also good for sprinkles on top of hot chocolates if you like!

Novus blenders have carefully refined the traditional Earl Grey recipe, using only pure Ceylon tea from the Ginigathena tea district in Kandy, Italian bergamot oil and Malva flowers (blue, hence “sapphire”). The Ceylon is strong enough to carry the bergamot flavour without being overpowered.
