Head Barista
We’re looking to employ a head barista with at least 3 years experience in speciality coffee to join our already passionate and committed team of professionals. The successful applicant will have a sound knowledge of espresso theory as well experience dealing with high volumes of artisan coffee. Climpson and Sons was one of the leaders in the east end coffee revolution and we are looking for someone to keep us at the top of the pile.  With the opportunity to pour great coffee at a high level and possibilities for further advancement within our roastery, this is a great opportunity for all dedicated and passionate baristi alike.
