Goodbye winter espresso, welcome to our latest Seasonal Espresso, Spring 2012. This fruity yet smooth blend has been tweaked and re-tasted repeatedly for weeks, until we settled on a final recipe that tastes delicious with steamed milk and balanced as a straight shot.

A blend of 2011-12 crop arabicas from three origins:

GUATEMALA HUEHUETENANGO FEDECOCAGUA CO-OP
Sweet, fruity, caramel, honey.
Bourbon, typica, catuai, caturra, pache, and pacas varietals.

COLOMBIA RACAFE MEDELLIN REGION
Floral, earthy, citrus.
Caturra and typica varietals.

BRASIL DATERRA ESTATE MINAS GERAIS REGION
Smooth, medium bodied, sweet, delicate acidity.
Mondo Novo varietal.
